Installation notes of Gearmotors

To make sure
that the fixing of gearmotors will be carried out on a
non-flexible horizontally and not subject to vibrations.

Please use
for the fixing the provided bolts kit.

During the
working you can record high temperatures inside the
gearmotor; we advise you to assemble the vent stopper
provided with the gearmotor.

SIMEL's
gearmotors are supplied with IP55 standard model. For
outside installations you must foresee suitable
protections against the atmospheric agents.

SIMEL's
gearmotors are lubricated with synthetic oil and they
need not to fill to the brim.
Installation notes for Racks
-
To make sure
that the point screws of the gear-wheel must be locked
correctly.

Please check
that the pole of the rack must be perpendicular compared
to the window.

After the
installation you must lubricate with suitable grease.
-
We advise you
the use of Teflon grease.
